Samsung Galaxy Note 10 review it is the most exclusive Phone in the market

2019 was the year in which the Galaxy Note family doubled. In addition to the Galaxy Note 10+ (which is the true heir of Galaxy Note 9), we also have the basic variant Galaxy Note 10. The dimensions are smaller and will make the happiness of those who have always wanted to use the S Pen, but the ever-increasing dimensions are you are a limit.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Packaging

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 packaging is quite rich. Inside we find a USB-C / USB-C cable, the 25W fast power supply, a pair of excellent AKG in-ear headphones (with the various adapters) and a rope cable, the USB-C / micro USB adapter and the USB / USB-C adapter. There is no shortage of extra points for the S Pen, while there is no adapter for the audio jack. Not a little lack of a top-of-the-range product.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Construction and Ergonomics

The build quality of this smartphone is beyond dispute. We have a smartphone made of glass and metal, with a recognizable design and obsessive attention to detail, which is not always accurate on previous models. The big difference compared to the Note 10+, however, is obviously in the dimensions.

This smartphone is decidedly more compact, and although the thickness does not change (7.9 mm), the weight definitely varies and is now only 168 grams. In your hand, the smartphone is very comfortable to use, and finally, we have the latest generation top of the range that will not get in the way if slipped into the jeans pocket. In all this does not change the resistance to water and dust, which remains IP68.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Hardware

Note 10 is a real top of the range in all respects. We have a 2.73 GHz octa-core Exynos 9825 processor (at 7nm), The microSD slot is missing. You probably won’t need to expand that much memory, but on a product of this range, we would not have wanted similar compromises, just as we would not have wanted to see the audio jack for headphones disappear. The USB-C 3.1 port is still present and obviously will allow you to use your smartphone like a PC with Samsung DeX, while the Gear VR platform for virtual reality has been abandoned. Excellent connectivity: LTE up to 2 Gbps, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and a new ultrasonic fingerprint reader placed under the display, precise and fast enough (but certainly not lightning-fast).

It is always possible to use two nano sims at the same time, and the vibration motor has been improved, which now offers a much more precise haptic feedback. Obviously,

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Camera

Galaxy Note 10 inherits the same cameras as Galaxy S10 but does not introduce the ToF sensor of Note10 + / S10 5G, and from the front, we have a single camera, now centred in the middle of the display in the iconic hole. It is an optically stabilized ƒ / 1.5-2.4 variable aperture 12-megapixel primary camera.

This sensor is the one that has given us a lot of joys in the S10 family, and it is not much different from what was seen on the Galaxy S9 as well. It brings with it all the work that Samsung has done over the years from a software point of view, with an automatic HDR and superior artificial intelligence

The images are always well balanced, never too contrasted or sharp and with perfect colours and excellent light balance. Also, even in the dark, it defends itself very well, again thanks to the new night mode. We then have a 12-megapixel camera zoom 2x ƒ / 2.4 optically stabilized and a 16-megapixel wide-angle ƒ / 2.2. A comfortable combination that in your travels will help you catch glimpses otherwise impossible to capture.

Among the additional shooting modes, we point out the live fire mode that creates a pleasing bokeh effect around the subject and the integration with Instagram that allows you to create Instagram stories using the Samsung app, much better than that of the social network in terms of final quality…

Samsung Galaxy Note Display

Few news on display, except that it is smaller than that of the Note 10+. We have a 6.3 ′′ FullHD + (1080 x 2280 pixels) in Dynamic AMOLED technology, interrupted only by the small photo of the camera. The edges are curved, but the curvature is not as pronounced as in the past. Once again, the display of this smartphone is at the top of the category in terms of brightness, contrast and colour rendering. : one more faithful to standards and then the one you will use with the heaviest but never exaggerated colours. It always remains a display compatible with the HDR10 standard. Excellent always-on-display, rich in information and molto customizable.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Software

By now you will know the One UI well (here based on Android 9.0 Pie updated with the patches of September 2019) if you have followed the various innovations that have occurred in recent years on Samsung smartphones. Although the interface is certainly not perfect, it has improved enough to be extremely enjoyable for any use.

Both graphically and for how it is conceived, it is undoubtedly one of the most advanced interfaces in circulation. Among the various more advanced (or most recent) features we have the dark mode, the themes, the navigation tools, the Game Tools to improve the gaming experience, the ability to record the screen (and even the face), Samsung Pay is a new video editor much more interesting than in the past.

We then have a new DeX mode that also works within macOS or Windows, although there are still some possible improvements. Note 10 also integrates a Microsoft technology to use many of the smartphone’s functions directly from a PC

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Autonomy

Galaxy Note 10 has to sacrifice some battery for space reasons. We have a 3500 mAh battery, with support for 25W fast charging (and not the 45 of the older brother). A decidedly less capacious battery than Note 10+ and Note 9, but more capacious, for example than Galaxy S10e. If with average use you could reach the end of the day, this is impossible with intense use. Bad for a device designed for productivity (and so expensive). However, the 15W wireless charging and the 9W reverse wireless charging are present.
