Best Mobile phone under 75000 in India Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is part of a new generation of folding, anticipated for a few days by Motorola razr 2020 and that we will surely see more and more in the coming months and years. The company picks up where it left off with the Galaxy Fold and declines everything in a more compact format and with some improved components. Let’s discover this second leaflet from the Korean company in our full review.
Inside the box of this folding smartphone we find a 15W power supply, a USB / USB-C cable, a USB-A to USB-C adapter, a pair of excellent AKG in-ear stereo headphones and a semi-transparent cover (with adhesive edges) to protect your smartphone.
It’s nice to find that this second fold from Samsung keeps the same design language as its big brother. We have soft curves on the shiny metal profile, while both halves, perfectly symmetrical, are covered with glass, slightly curved on the edges. When closed, the smartphone is almost square and fits comfortably in the hand. Plus it fits into any pocket despite its 17.3mm thickness. When open the edge around the display creates a small step, just like on the Galaxy Fold, probably to lock and protect the plastic film covering the display. However, it is not at all annoying and also serves to protect the screen from accidental knocks and scratches.
The hinge has been completely redesigned and now has greater strength which allows it to be locked in almost any intermediate position. The sensation of solidity is excellent and is better than the previous “experiments”. We very much appreciated that the two halves are perfectly symmetrical and that this also affects the smartphone open, where the symmetrical format of the edges on each side is extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the smartphone has no guarantee of resistance to water and dust. In terms of ergonomics Galaxy Z Flip is very comfortable to use even when open where it is not even excessively slippery. However, it is very difficult to open with one hand, also and above all due to the new stronger hinge.
Galaxy Z Flip has a true top of the range 2020 hardware. We have a 2.95 GHz Snapdragon 855+ octa core CPU and an Adreno 640 GPU. The RAM amounts to 8 GB and we have 256 GB of UFS 3.0 internal memory, unfortunately not expandable. Very good connectivity: LTE up to 1000 Mbps, dual band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and video output via the USB-C 3.1 port. We also have support for a second SIM in virtual format. There is no audio jack, but there is a fingerprint reader on the right side of the smartphone, a little too high once the smartphone is open. You can also use the face unlock which speeds up everyday use very much, but which obviously guarantees a lower level of security. To you the choice. The speaker is positioned only at the bottom and has a good quality (but it sometimes covers itself with your hand when you hold the smartphone vertically).
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a complete, well-built smartphone that finally brings a new concept within the reach of more people. However, not everyone: the external screen is really small and those who use it regularly for work will find themselves opening it continuously. But the pocket size and the wow effect of this smartphone to date are not comparable to anything else and Samsung can still allow itself the luxury of leaving some improvements to the future.
