The Galaxy S21 is Samsung’s workhorse for 2021, the 6.2-inch display, the new camera software and one of the best-performing CPUs in the Android landscape make it a highly anticipated smartphone. In short, Samsung has put a really interesting device on the table this year, and in this review we will go to see in more detail what its strengths and shortcomings are.
It was really a surprise to find that the Galaxy S21 will be launched a month earlier than the initial announcements, plus with a pleasant novelty attached: it costs less than the Galaxy S20, the top of the range Samsung launched last year. This price reduction has obviously been counterbalanced by Samsung (and we will see how), and for the sake of completeness we inform that for those who do not want to wait it is already possible to pre-order it from Amazon.
The launch of this new model of the Galaxy series is Samsung’s attempt to counter the release of the new iPhone 12 mini, the Apple entry-level. Samsung tackles it with a much larger display (6.2 inches), a camera with a 3x zoom and a much larger battery. In short, it is appropriate to take a deeper look at this Galaxy S21, so let’s proceed with the review.
